Course Information:

ICAM (Incident Cause Analysis Method) is a systematic approach used to investigate and analyse incidents, focusing on identifying root causes rather than just addressing surface-level symptoms. Originating from the aviation industry, ICAM has been widely adopted across various sectors to improve safety and operational efficiency.

ICAM is a valuable tool for any organisation aiming to improve its safety performance and operational efficiency by systematically addressing the root causes of incidents.

Upon successful completion of the program, persons will receive:
Statement of Attainment (SOA) for RIIWHS301E – Conduct safety and health investigations
 

Target Audience:

The Lead Investigator program is designed for individuals who will be leading an incident investigation team. It is also suitable for safety representatives, managers, supervisors, safety officers, inspectors, and others in related roles who will participate in incident investigations.

This program can be delivered in-person by one of our experienced trainers at our training facilities, or we can come to your site.

We also offer the ICAM program online via facilitated video call sessions using Teams or Zoom.
